The guestrooms at Jakoura are equipped with free WiFi and safes, making it convenient for guests like me who rely on technology and prioritize safety. Having a private bathroom with free toiletries was a big plus for me, as it provided the comfort and convenience I needed during my stay. As a culture enthusiast, I appreciated that the House of Photography and The Orientalist Museum of Marrakech were nearby, allowing me to explore the city's rich cultural heritage easily. The 24-hour front desk at the property ensured that I could get assistance whenever I needed it, adding to a hassle-free stay. The seating area in some units provided a cozy space for me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The complimentary WiFi at this riad allowed me to stay connected and share my memorable experiences with friends and family back home. The double room I stayed in had a tile/marble floor, which added a touch of elegance to the room's ambiance. The air conditioning in the room was a relief from Marrakech's warm climate, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The bathrooms with tubs or showers and free toiletries provided all the essentials needed for a refreshing and rejuvenating experience. The view from the double room was truly breathtaking, allowing me to soak in the beauty of Marrakech right from the comfort of my room.
Personally, I found one feature less appealing:. However, I understand that others might still enjoy it, as it can be a matter of personal preference.

We had a fantastic experience at Riad Jakoura. the hosts, Keltoum and Aziz, made us feel like part of their Moroccan family. They greeted us with tea and breakfast upon our arrival, which was a lovely touch. Throughout our stay, they invited us to eat with them and even offered holistic health advice and Berber medicine when we had a cold. the riad's location is also perfect, just a short walk from the souks and Jamaa el Fna square. the sunny roof terrace provided a relaxing space to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. We highly recommend Riad Jakoura for anyone looking for an authentic and welcoming experience in Marrakesh.
No complaints at all. 😊

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful traditional Moroccan decor throughout the riad. The intricate tiles, colorful fabrics, and ornate details created a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciate when a hotel takes the time to create an environment that feels welcoming and culturally authentic. The general areas, such as the patio and rooftop terrace, were easily accessible and provided comfortable spaces to relax and enjoy the Moroccan sunshine.
The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people is a handrail or support in the bathrooms. This would greatly assist with mobility and ensure a safer experience for older guests.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, making me feel right at home. They were flexible with the breakfast timings, accommodated my late-rising daughter, and even prepared a take-away breakfast for our early morning departure. The breakfast itself was great, with a sunny terrace serving as the perfect setting. The hotel was clean and beautiful, with a traditional Moroccan building and a rooftop that was a nice place to hang out. The location was ideal, close to the main attractions, the night market, and the Marrakech coach station. this hotel had excellent facilities and a friendly staff.
